Palace FC of Kpando Dzoanti managed to lead among four teams in Kpando Division 3 League to qualify for Division 2 League organized by Ghana Fifa Association(GFA) under the auspices of Volta Regional Fifa Association(RFA).
The Division 3 League was comprised of the following Football Clubs:
- Palace FC
- Hour FC
- Anfoega FC
- Lenient FC
On Sunday 5th June 2022 at 3 p.m., the second and final leg match between Palace FC and Hour FC was held at Wusuta.

After the 1st leg at the home of Palace FC, Palace FC was one point ahead of Hour Fc, therefore any side that wins will qualify.
Palace FC from Dzoanti qualified for the second tier by playing a draw with Hour FC in their home, which is a great step forward.
