Hon. Della Sowah, the Member of Parliament for Kpando Constituency, recently held a town hall meeting in the community of Kpando Dafor to address the concerns of the local residents. During the meeting, in response to a question asked by one of the attendees, Sowah used the platform to stress the importance of obtaining a Ghana Card, even for those who already have their names in the voter register.

The MP explained that it will soon be impossible to conduct business in Ghana without having a Ghana Card, and urged residents to make sure they have one. Additionally, Sowah acknowledged that some residents may have gone through the process but have not been able to retrieve their cards due to the high cost of transportation. To help address this issue, Sowah requested that those affected should notify her office through their assembly representatives for assistance.
The town hall meeting provided a platform for the MP to interact with the residents of Kpando Dafor and address their concerns. The MP's emphasis on the importance of obtaining a Ghana Card is expected to help ensure that residents are able to conduct business and access government services in the future.
